Lassiwala, Jaipur
The original Lassiwala on MI Road since 1944, not to be confused with the impostor shops on either side: a huge kulhad, thick malai, and a very good lassi.
When you look for Lassiwala on MI Road, Jaipur, you will see multiple shops all calling themselves by the same name. The ones on the left and right of the original are not the real ones.
The original is the one in the middle, at number 312. The full name on the signboard reads Kishan Lal Govind Narian Agarwal. Look for that.

It's been here since 1944. Like all the great lassi and chai shops, it opens early and does one thing well.
The Lassi
The lassi is thick, good, and served in a large kulhad. Once you have it in hand, you'll see the top is covered with a substantial layer of smooth malai. Not a thin film. Proper malai, the way it should be.

The taste is similar to what you get in Amritsar and Delhi. The style is consistent across this part of North India: good curd, well-churned, honest toppings.
It's probably the best lassi in Jaipur, and definitely worth a stop if you're on MI Road.
