Kachoris of Jaipur
Jaipur's kachoris are not its strongest suit, but hing kachori with dahi is a genuinely unique combination worth seeking out. Rated 6.5/10.
It's too far from Jodhpur to get the pyaaz kachoris quite right.
But one thing I liked in Jaipur, which was pretty unique, was that hing kachoris were being served with dahi. It was a pretty nice combination.
Hing kachori with dahi, a combination unique to Jaipur
There's a place where I tried kadhi kachori too, which was decent in my opinion.

Places I Tried
All of these are close to each other:
- Hing kachori with dahi: Puran Ji Kachori
- Radhe Kachori Wala: opposite Puran Ji Kachori
- Kadhi kachori: Samrat Restaurant
