Kachoris of Lucknow
Lucknow serves two kachori styles, khasta and puri, both super spicy and deeply satisfying. Still more to explore here. Rated 7.5/10.
I still have to try a lot more of Lucknow food, including the kachoris there.
I really like the kachoris here (super spicy though). The spice intensity is at the same level as Aligarh.

Two Styles
There are two types of kachoris here, khasta kachoris and puri kachoris.
Puri kachoris are served with spicy aloo ki subzi separately. Khasta kachoris are broken up and mixed into the aloo subzi, though you can ask them to give them separately if you'd like.
